Terms and Conditions

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Accommodation will be provided in the mentioned hotels or similar properties.
  • Confirmation is subject to availability.
  • No refunds will be made for unused services due to factors beyond our control (e.g., bad weather, ill health, strikes, roadblocks).
  • We reserve the right to change hotels due to unavoidable circumstances and may provide alternative accommodation.
  • Extra beds refer to extra mattresses.
  • Access to Rohtang Pass depends on weather conditions and NGT permissions (charges not included).
  • No refunds will be given for unused services.
  • Claims regarding service quality will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • We may change the itinerary slightly for convenience.
  • Participants who miss parts of the tour due to their own delay will not be entitled to refunds.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may incur charges.
  • The room rate does not include optional services.
  • Meals are pre-set, but may be adjusted due to circumstances.

Reservation Policy

  • A minimum of 50% of the total package cost must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
  • Packages can be booked with a token amount, and subsequent installments must be paid as instructed by our team.
  • Guests must carry their reservation docket, Pan card, voter card, and Aadhar card during their travels.
  • All sightseeing, meals, and vehicle services will be provided as per the itinerary.
  • The use of recreational activities, if included in the booking, is subject to availability and time constraints.
  • The property owner’s decision will be final regarding early check-in and late check-out requests.

Our Cancellation Policies

If any customer is willing to cancel his / her booking due to any reasons like illness, death, accident or non-payment of the balance payment then the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from Client as follows
  • 5 % of total amount is charged if cancellations are done 30 days prior to departure of the tour.
  • 30 % of total amount is charged if cancellations are done 29 to 15 days prior to departure of the tour.
  • 75 % of total amount is charged if cancellations are done 14 to 7 days prior to departure of the tour.
  • 100 % of total amount is charged if cancellations are less than 7 days prior to departure of the tour.
  • In case of premature departure, no refund shall be applicable.
  • In case of no-show no refund shall be applicable.
  • Refund for hotel payment will depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
  • Train tickets cancellations are subject to the Railway’s policy.
  • Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines policy.

Note: We will try our best to refund you as much as amount we can it totally depends on amount we receive from hotelier or from airline service.
