Advance Booking Policy
  • 30 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
  • We can also accept the booking at 20 % of the total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 30 days of your travel date.
  • Please note that the advance of 20% of the payment will be considered as a token amount only & will be non-refundable.
  • The rest of the 20 % must be cleared before 5 days of the Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to the cancellation of your tour.
  • The remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on the first day of arrival.
Please read the below instruction carefully: –
  • Customers must carry their ID proof & the issued Confirmation Voucher, Air, Train, Volvo tickets on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details, and Service contact Numbers.
  • Hotel check-in time:-12:00 noon. (Early check-in is subject to availability & extra charges will be applicable as per hotel policy), check out time: 11:30 am.
  • In a few tourist destinations, the facilities of hotels, services, etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in hill stations are categorized on the basis of location, Services, and costing and not as per star categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3*, and so on.
  • Meal timings in the hotel must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meal, no refund will be provided & for extra meals guest is liable to pay the charges directly in the hotel.
  • We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument during that particular day to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  • Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event (any natural calamity like snowfall, strikes, Govt. constructions, etc.)
  • Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation Voucher.
  • The Company reserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy.
  • Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only. Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:-
  • In case, the customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • Advance amount of 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.
  • The advance token’s amount of 20% is non-refundable in any case.
  • In exceptional cases like Instant death, the company can refund the advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges. (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount) .
  • The Company reserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy.
  • Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only. Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services. Amendment Policy (Prepone & Postpone)
  • In case the client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to the journey date via e-mail/SMS.
  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However, postponing & proponing the second time will attract additional charges.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter, etc.) may apply to postpone/prepone charges even after meeting the above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deduct from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services, and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off-season time.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 7 days of the travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
  • The advance payment and the Booking Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first and contact us by e-mail/ SMS).
